The Second Chance

Kairos Kim | Micah 7:18; John 20:24-28; Matthew 14:27-31; 2 Chronicles 20:20; Jeremiah 3:15 — The lives of Thomas and Simon Peter provide a powerful testimony of the 'second chance' each person is offered by God. Like us, these men were imperfect humans prone to doubt, fear, and failure, even denying Jesus. But this wasn't the end of their story and it needn't be for ours. Just as these Apostles did, may Jesus' mercy and grace enable us to put aside our doubt and live passionately for Him, proclaiming 'My Lord and my God.'
