Seek First The Kingdom

Andrew Baker | Matthew 6:25-34 — As humans we so easily shrink our perspective to the things right in front of us. In this portion of Jesus' sermon on the mount, He intentionally redirects our gaze upwards - not to disregard the realities of everyday life, but to see them in light of the Kingdom of Heaven, and a faithful Father who provides for His children. Will we grasp for control in fear and anxiety, or will we choose to trust Him and seek first His Kingdom?
